This year my dance goal is to become a better artist (I know, it’s a big one) that’s why, I started dance journaling to keep me on track of my progress and goals 🩰📚

But most importantly, I knew that in order to succeed I would have to change my mindset. Drastically. Because, for some reason, I have always limited myself from doing what I actually want to do - dancing, performing, singing. So now I’m learning to let myself feel the fear and do it anyway 😂

Here are few mantras that are helping me to reset my mind:
🧠 my mindset is half the journey
🩰I am responsible for my artistic growth
🙋🏼‍♀️I need to become my own mentor
💓learn to love the process
